Our Story

BOLDNESS HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUR FOUNDATION

Founded and led by Resistance Lawrence, RESLAW GROUP INC. was born from a singular conviction: that Africa does not need to import its future — it needs to build it. From Mukono, Uganda, we have grown into a multi-sector conglomerate operating across technology, artificial intelligence, media, music, agriculture, luxury lifestyle, tourism, and urban development.

The name RESLAW carries meaning beyond branding — it stands for Resilient Enterprises Serving Legacy, Ambition & Wellbeing. Every venture we launch, every community we serve, and every product we build is anchored in that promise.

FROM ONE IDEA TO A CONGLOMERATE

2018 — Founding

Resistance Lawrence founds RESLAW GROUP in Mukono, Uganda, with Nengo Innovations as the group's first technology venture.

2020 — Media Expansion

Nengo Media Grid launches, bringing authentic African news and entertainment storytelling into the group's portfolio.

2021 — Culture & Lifestyle

RS Lawrence and 3AMARS join the ecosystem, extending Reslaw Group's reach into music and luxury fashion.

Resistance Lawrence is the visionary founder and CEO of RESLAW GROUP INC. — entrepreneur, artist, cultural architect, and Pan-African champion. Born with an unrelenting conviction that Africa's future must be built by Africans, he established Reslaw Group as a platform for bold, multi-sector impact.

His leadership spans technology commercialisation, applied AI, media production, music, luxury fashion, urban development, and tourism. Under his direction, Reslaw Group has grown from a startup vision to a 19+ venture conglomerate headquartered in Mukono, Uganda, with Pan-African ambitions.

Beyond business, Resistance is also the creative force behind RS Lawrence, a music label that fuses Afro sound and cultural advocacy — embodying the group's philosophy that boldness shapes futures. He is known within the group for a hands-on, operator-first leadership style: every venture head reports directly into a lean strategy office rather than a layered corporate bureaucracy.
